Description
1883 10C F-103, R.3, PR65 NGC. Gold CAC. Even without a loupe, the incredible quality of this piece compared to other Gem proofs that we have seen is immediately apparent. There is a small mark above the N in ONE, but otherwise the surfaces appear almost pristine. The obverse has delicate olive-gold and rose toning, while the reverse displays more traditional rose-gold, blue, violet, and peach in concentric bands. Well-struck and housed in a prior generation holder.Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 539053, Base PCGS# 4780)
