Description
PCGS 1842-O MS 61. Medium O. A scarce item in strict mint condition, although found easily enough in lower circulated grades. Considered by Brian Greer as an R.7 in mint state. This piece shows some of the softness of highpoint detail common to this issue, but the coin is certainly not weakly struck by any means. Sparkling mint luster, there is a bit of light golden-brown patina noted toward the margins on each side. Population: 1 in 61, only 4 finer.
