Conditionally Elusive

1843 $1 MS63 NGC. OC-1, R.1. Osburn-Cushing Die State d/b. Mint State examples of the 1843 Seated dollar are elusive at all numerical levels, and nearly impossible to locate above MS62, and they are impossible to locate above MS64. NGC and PCGS have graded 26 of these in MS63, and only 14 in MS64, with none certified finer at either service (1/18).
