Near-Mint 1850 Seated Liberty Dollar
Sought-After, Low-Mintage Date
1850 $1 AU58 NGC. As the tiny mintage of 7,500 pieces
suggests, the 1850 Seated Liberty dollar is a rare date in AU58
condition. The present coin is an attractive near-Mint specimen,
with reflective, prooflike fields and a sharp strike. Light traces
of golden patina visit the mostly brilliant fields. Census: 32 in
