Luminous 1853 Seated Dollar, MS61
1853 $1 MS61 ANACS. Though it was more heavily produced than its famous counterparts of the previous two years, the 1853 Seated dollar is nonetheless elusive in Mint State grades. This is one such example, luminous beneath rich gold-gray and blue toning. Well struck and housed in a small-format ANACS holder.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24YS, PCGS# 6941, GSID# 7203)
