1863 $1 OC-1, Low R.3, VF35 PCGS. The 1863 is a Civil War
date with a business mintage of only 27,200 pieces. Dusky magenta
toning embraces this collectible Choice XF example. The obverse
field displays subdued marks, but LIBERTY is bold save for the
