1867 $1 MS64 PCGS. An amazing coin, nearly the finest known for the date. The low mintage of just 46,900 coins provides an indication of its rarity. The 1867 has the lowest mintage of any With Motto Seated Liberty dollar coined at the Philadelphia Mint. The fields are satiny and reflective, nearly prooflike in appearance. The obverse has ivory and pale gray color at the center, framed by deep sea-green and steel toning. The reverse is similar with ivory color surrounded by rich reddish-gold toning.
