1870-CC $1 XF45 PCGS. OC-6, High R.5. Warm golden toning appears over light gray surfaces on this Choice XF 1870-CC Seated dollar. Strike weakness occurs on the eagle, but the obverse is well-struck. Little wear is present. A hint of field reflectivity is discernible when tilted beneath a light. The 1870-CC is the most plentiful Carson City issue in the series, yet only 12,462 pieces were struck.(Registry values: N1793)
