Appealing 1872-S Seated Dollar, XF45

1872-S $1 XF45 PCGS. The last collectible S-mint Seated dollar issue, since the 700 pieces allegedly struck there in 1873 either never existed or did not survive. This lightly worn example has toned deep green-gray with glints of gold-orange near the rims. Marks are few and the eye appeal is high. Population: 23 in 45, 49 finer (4/09).(Registry values: N1793)
