1865 Seated Dollar, Uncirculated Details

1865 $1 -- Artificial Toning -- NGC Details. Unc. The 1865 silver dollars were struck in the moderate amount of 46,500 coins, and Mint State pieces are avidly sought today. This piece displays appeal that must be determined by the eyes of the beholder, but we have certainly seen worse "AT" coins in our career. A few stray ticks and bumps appear, but this is clearly an Uncirculated and boldly struck coin, despite any attempts at improvement.
