Well Struck 1839-O No Drapery Gem Half Dime
1839-O H10C No Drapery MS65 NGC. Whispers of aqua-green and gold visit both sides of this Gem O-mint half dime. The design elements have benefited from an attentive strike, and close examination reveals no significant marks. A die crack runs from the O in OF through the left side of the bowknot, and another branches through the first T in STATES, and the 1 and 9 are recut at the base.
