Description
1840 H10C Drapery MS 60 PCGS. A well known transitional year in the Seated half dime series, the present example is richly toned in mottled champagne-crimson and charcoal-blue hues. An old, yet moderate abrasion in the lower right obverse field keeps the otherwise clean surfaces from a higher grade.
