1841-O H10C MS63 NGC. Small O. Tan-brown and stone-gray toning adorns satiny and sharply impressed surfaces. Marks are limited to a line beneath the A in HALF. Struck from clashed dies. Plentiful in typical circulated grades, but scarce in Mint State. Census: 1 in 63, 10 finer (4/18).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2005), lot 2264; Houston Signature (Heritage, 11-12/2012), lot 3386, where it brought $1,645.
