Beautifully Toned MS66 1847 Half Dime
1847 H10C MS66 PCGS. The 1847 is a larger mintage With Stars half dime and there is also a relatively large survival rate in Uncirculated grades. This is a lovely, high-grade example that has soft, frosted mint luster and reddish patina around a near-brilliant center with wide margins of blue on each side. The obverse is fully struck, and the reverse only shows slight high point softness on the leaves in the wreath.
