Description

1851 Half Dime, MS67
Brilliant, Frosted-White Surfaces

1851 H10C MS67 PCGS. An excellent coin for type collectors needing a high-grade example of the Type Two design -- one that is seldom available in this Superb Gem condition. A modest mintage of 781,000 pieces has yielded just one piece with a numerically finer grade by PCGS and NGC combined (1/14). This exceptional half dime is extremely frosty and bold. It appears freshly minted and pure-white, with strong luster lurking beneath the thick mint frost.(Registry values: N2998)
