1854 H10C Arrows MS65 PCGS. Though the 1854 has less than half the mintage of the 1853, the former is similarly suitable for the type collector. This well struck and shining Gem is predominantly silver-white with hints of ice-blue. The large date's final two digits run into Liberty's base.
