Lustrous 1860 Half Dime, MS67
1860 H10C MS67 NGC. This is the first year of a redesigned obverse and reverse. On the obverse, the legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA replaces the 13 stars, and on the reverse a "wreath of cereals" replaces the simple laurel wreath and peripheral legend. The lustrous surface of this Superb Gem display electric-blue, purple, and gold-orange at the borders, along with sharply struck devices. Nicely preserved throughout.
