Only Three Numerically Finer Coins at PCGS

1862 H10C MS67 PCGS. CAC. The 1862 is a relatively high-mintage issue, and as such is the final half dime that is relatively available from the Philadelphia Mint in Uncirculated condition until the 1871 issue. A lovely Superb Gem example, this coin displays toning, primarily at the peripheries, in shades of champagne, mint-green, yellow, cherry, russet, and blue green. Strong clash marks appear on both sides. Population: 33 in 67 (3 in 67+), 3 finer (12/13).(Registry values: N2998)
