1840-O MS 62 Questionable Toning. Very few of this issue were set aside and as such this is an extremely scarce coin in mint state, with approximately a dozen or fewer known in this grade, this being the finest of this date and mintmark graded by NGC. PCGS has likewise graded only one piece MS 62, though they have certified three MS 63s.
