Description
1841-O 50C MS62 PCGS. The surfaces of this early O-mint half are luminous beneath dusky seal-gray patina that exhibits orange and violet accents. The central detail is pleasing, and the faint abrasions present on each side are not distracting. The 1841-O half, like other New Orleans minor silver issues, is challenging in Mint State.
