Appealing MS63 1849 Half
1849 50C MS63 NGC. Well struck for the issue with particularly bold definition in the centers. Blue-green and golden-tan toning drapes strongly lustrous fields. The Seated half dollars struck prior to the weight adjustment of 1853 are elusive today in all grades and conditionally rare at the Select level.
