Description
Frosty Choice Mint State 1850-O Seated Half Dollar
1850-O 50C MS64 NGC. Bright and lustrous, with a touch of yellow-gold toning near the rims. The strike is decent, with most of the stars showing full and some partial radial lines. Close study with a loupe will note a fine die scratch on Liberty's neck, and a couple of thicker die scratches over the M of AMERICA on the reverse. A minor planchet streak extends through the eagle's head. From The Kim Mitchell Collection.(#6265) (Registry values: N2998)
