Description
PCGS 1853 Arrows and Rays MS 63. Frosty and extremely well struck, with golden-violet toning here and there over both sides, but most noticeably in a crescent on the left side of the obverse. This appealing Arrows and Rays half would be a welcome addition to most any high grade 19th century type set. PCGS has graded 38 of the P-mint and 5 of the O-mint in like condition, adding up to just 43 coins for the type.
