Description
1854 50C Arrows MS63 ANACS. This two-year type is occasionally found with uneven striking definition, and this coin does display softness of detail over the central highpoints on both sides. The lower left side of the eagle's portrait also reveals some roller marks that were not struck out. Nicely frosted, this minimally abraded example would fit nicely into a Select quality type set.
From the Collection of Dr. Joseph M. Seventko.
