Fantastic Gem 1856-O Half Dollar
1856-O 50C MS65 PCGS. Soft gold and peach overtones grace shimmering silver-gray surfaces that show occasional streaks of deeper sage patina at the borders. Excellent design definition for the date and remarkable surface preservation. PCGS has graded a mere six examples of this New Orleans issue in MS65 and just two finer (8/10).From The Dr. Mani and Kay Ehteshami Collection.(Registry values: N4719)
