Lustrous 1859 Half Dollar, MS65
1859 50C MS65 PCGS. Type One Reverse. Blessed with a splendidly full strike, this is a fully lustrous, bright white coin whose only trace of visible color is on the rims. A few minute surface ticks appear to account for the grade, but do not adversely affect the eye appeal. Although considered a common date, this is a tough coin in Gem and finer grades.
