1859 50C Type One Reverse, WB-101, MS64 PCGS. High-grade examples of this No Motto Philadelphia issue are scarce and underrated. A near-Gem, this piece is razor-sharp and frosty with original mint luster. Most of each side displays warm golden toning, and attractive blue and violet hues also appear around the borders. A few light contact marks do not detract. Population: 17 in 64, 23 finer (10/17).Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 572128, Base PCGS# 6296, GSID# 226493)
