Description
Attractive Gem 1861 Seated Half Dollar
1861 50C MS65 NGC. Lightly toned with some green and primarily gold flecks near the rims. Sharply impressed by the dies with a little weakness seen on the top of Liberty's head. Examination with a loupe will note scattered tiny nicks from handling, none severe or distracting, and they blend well with the toning.(#6302) (Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24J7, PCGS# 6302, GSID# 6279)
