Description
1861-O 50C MS64 NGC. Wiley-08 with partial drapery near the elbow and clash marks within the eagle's shield. Wiley's research suggests this die pairing was struck by the State of Louisiana, shortly before it joined the Confederacy. Lustrous and virtually brilliant with a unimportant marks on the upper left obverse field.
