Highly Collectible, Superb 1863 Seated Half, MS67 NGC
1863 50C MS67 NGC. Tied with one other coin at NGC as the finest known representative of this Civil War era issue, the shimmering example offered here is virtually unabraded and displays appealing russet, gold, and lilac accents at the border areas on each side. The striking details are as full as full can be and the only blemish worthy of mention is a single small milling mark to the right of the obverse portrait.
