Not Sold Description
1868 MS 65 NGC. A deeply toned gem example that is toned in swirling golden, magenta, and gray-violet shades, with flashes of sea-green peripherally. The 1868, as with any half dollar issue from the first decade of the With Motto design, is quite scarce in Mint State and almost unheard of as a gem. Population: 1 in 65, 1 finer (4/99).
