Description
1871-CC XF 45 Cleaned. Actually a much rarer date than the 153,950 mintage figure might suggest. Most of the known specimens are in low grades. This conservatively graded XF is a superior, strongly struck example. A few minor marks and abrasions are noted but do not detract from the coin's pleasant appearance. Some light, gray-gold patina covers both sides.
