Description
Choice Untoned 1873 Arrows Half Dollar
1873 Arrows MS 64 PCGS. Frosty-white with a satiny finish in the obverse field and shimmering cartwheel luster on the reverse. Only the detail of Liberty's head and surrounding stars display any noticeable softness. Because of its status as a two-year type coin and lack of availability in mint state grades, this issue is important as part of the short-lived Arrows design.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24L7, PCGS# 6343, GSID# 6293)
