Description
1874 Arrows Half Dollar, A Frosty Near-Gem
1874 50C Arrows MS 64 PCGS. The fully frosted surfaces sparkle beneath a thin overlay of smoky-silver patina. This is a sharply impressed coin, and every feature reveals crisp definition. Minimally abraded with eye appeal to spare. The 1874 Arrows is an important coin for type purposes. Only six issues in the Seated half dollar series display arrows at the date and the motto IN GOD WE TRUST on the reverse, and the branch mint deliveries are seldom available in Mint State. From the Bob Bisanz U.S. Type Set.
