Description
1876-CC 50C AU58 ANACS. WB-103. Large Mintmark. The 103 is scarce overall and a great condition rarity among WB Halves. Considered a high R.7 in this high grade, and as such this is one of the finest examples known of the variety. Sharply struck, the fields are bright and have a semi-prooflike sheen. The brilliant centers are framed by thin bands of lovely iridescent toning.
From the Tommy Dorathy Collection of Seated Halves.
