1877 50C MS65 PCGS. CAC. Type Two Reverse. This Gem Seated type coin has a satiny obverse and a semiprooflike reverse. Golden-brown and sea-green toning adorns nicely struck surfaces. Only minor obverse field contact denies a higher grade. Population: 18 in 65 (2 in 65+), 23 finer (8/12).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24KK, PCGS# 6355, GSID# 6297)
