Lustrous CC-Mint Type Coin

1877-CC 50C Closed Bud, Medium CC, WB-103, Die Pair 15, R.2, MS64 PCGS. An untoned, softly frosted near-Gem Carson City half dollar, showing sharp detail highlighted by a vibrant cartwheel effect. Trivial luster grazes prevent Gem classification but none are obtrusive. The 1877-CC is scarce in finer grades. Population: 58 in 64 (5 in 64+), 30 finer (7/19).
