1877-CC 50C MS62 NGC. WB-104. The bases of the 7s in the date are repunched. Medium CC mintmark, Type Two (closed bud) reverse. A well struck, faintly toned, and virtually unabraded example. The right obverse field has a hint of granular surface. Struck from a clashed reverse die. The reverse is lightly strike doubled.
