Gem 1877-S Seated Liberty Half Dollar
Iridescent Toning
1877-S 50C MS65 PCGS. WB-104. Type Two Reverse. From a large
mintage of 5.3 million pieces, the 1877-S Seated Liberty half
dollar is seldom encountered in Gem condition. The present coin is
well preserved and sharply detailed, with outstanding eye appeal.
The surfaces are deeply toned in iridescent shades of blue,
lavender, and golden-brown. Population: 25 in 65, 15 finer
