Description
1878 MS 64 PCGS. Despite a rather hefty mintage of 1.3 million pieces, very few choice or gem examples of this date are known today. This is a visually impressive coin that is fully struck. The surfaces exude a warm, lustrous sheen beneath the multi-hued toning that covers both sides. A very attractive and original Seated half.
