Description

1880 50C MS61 PCGS. A prooflike example that has numerous wispy slide marks in the fields. Well struck with light lemon-gold patina at the borders. There is a small toning spot near Liberty's raised arm. Only 13,600 business strikes were minted, although a small number of these were apparently set aside at the time of issue.
