Beneath the rich green-gold and violet patina, this near-Gem has flashy fields and even a measure of frost on the devices, though the striking characteristics are not as uniformly sharp as for a proof. Lightly abraded to the left and right of Liberty, yet attractive. Population: 17 in 64, 18 finer (12/09).(Registry values: N1793)
