Description
1888 50C MS63 ANACS. A superior example of this scarcer date, from a mintage of only 12,000 coins, few of which have survived in Mint State grades. The head is full, with good detail to the garments, foot, and base on this specimen. The surfaces have a satin background on which silver-white with amber highlights are nicely mixed.
From the Collection of Dr. Joseph M. Seventko.
