Description
1890 MS 64 PCGS. Medium gray on the obverse, darker gray on the reverse, with underlying hints of blue and red colors. Boldly struck, and always popular for its low mintage of 12,000 pieces, which mercifully for collectors, were saved in sufficient numbers to make date sets possible in choice grades.
