    1838 25C No Drapery MS64 PCGS. Briggs 1-A. Open Claws Reverse. An array of variegated toning covers this Choice Uncirculated first-year example of the Seated Liberty type. Hues include peach-orange, rose, blue, and green, while the overall appearance is more golden-gray. Frosty luster is typical for Mint State examples of this issue. The lightly impressed obverse is remarkably clean, and the pinpoint reverse has small ticks above the eagle's head. Population: 28 in 64 (3 in 64+), 7 finer (6/17).(Registry values: P5)
