Description

1841-O MS 62. One of the more available, early O-mint Seated quarters due, in part, to the discovery of a small hoard (at least 40 specimens) during excavation for the foundation of the Meridien Hotel in New Orleans' French Quarter in 1982. The fields lend a reflective quality although there are several injuries and abrasions. Some questionable toning has curiously formed in the areas of the surface flaws.
