1845 MS 64 NGC. A near-gem example of this early Seated quarter, with much to recommend it. Both sides are evenly covered with mottled, iridescent toning; sea-green and blue hues dominate. The strike is solid, and the toning effectively disguises any contact marks. A low population example in this high grade.
