Attractive Gem 1858 Quarter

1858 25C MS65 NGC. The 1858 has long been popular as a representative of the No Motto Seated quarter type, though few survivors can compete with the eye appeal of this Gem. Strong, swirling luster enlivens each side, and the patina is subtly varied silver-gray overall with glimpses of peripheral orange. Census: 26 in 65, 17 finer (3/09).(Registry values: P2)
