Description
Pleasing, Rare 1859-O Near-Gem Quarter
1859-O 25C MS64 NGC. Larry Briggs, in his Seated Liberty quarter book, says the 1859-O "... is fairly common in low grades and readily available up to AU grades. Unc's are quite rare ... ."
