1861 25C MS65 NGC. Type Two Obverse and Reverse. Chestnut-gray toning enriches this coruscating and unblemished Gem. Well struck except for the left-side star centers. A higher mintage Civil War issue and available in Mint State, but Gems remain elusive. Census: 30 in 65, 13 finer (7/09).(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23TT, PCGS# 5454, GSID# 5132)
